-The prices quoted in the Shed Web site are subject to reconfirmation
 via a Pro-Forma invoice that will be sent to the customer after receipt
 of the Purchase Order.

-The price list can be modified at any time without prior notice.

-All the prices are F.O.B Thailand or India depending the nature of 
 products purchased. 

-The minimum quantity per item / Design & Color vary from product to 
 product.

-The minimum total order for each category of product is 6000 USD. 

-The Payment terms are At Sight Letter of Credit or 100 % advance 
 Telegraphic transfer. 

-The production lead time is 60 days from the day we received the 
 L/C or T/T confirmation and all the specifications from the customer. 

A fruitful and trouble free collaboration lays on some few principles 
that are good to be remembered:

-All samples are remaining Shed Exports property and the designs cannot
 be given to any other manufacturer. In case of non- respect of the same 
 convention, Shed Exports can sue the customer for design infringement 
 and claim further damages. 

-All sampling request above 2 units will be charged to the customer at the
 F.O.B value. 

-At the time of placing sampling order, the customer agrees automatically
 on receiving the said samples either by Air cargo or Express courier on 
 “Collect Basis”. The customer should have a customer number by any 
 courier company such DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT.
In any case, Shed Exports will ask re-confirmation of the sampling invoice 
to the customer before dispatch.
